Hermade operates as an online shop. We do not have a physical store but we ship nationwide.

We provide services subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. No return, no exchange. We deliver information as accurate as possible to help you make the best choice.

2. We process orders after payment confirmation. Lead time for order processing is 3-7 business days.

3. We are an online shop, flat rate of 50php for shipping fees apply. Know that there's a risk of loss and delay for items transferred to the courier, which we have no control of. This is a risk for all online shops. But rest assured, we will help track parcels if ever problems occur.

6. Once order has been paid, we are no longer able to cancel nor change order.
